Friend puts wt loss into perspective
Yesterday at lunch at Chesterfield's between all of us there, we had lost 560 pounds total. Christine had mentioned that on an earlier post. Well, when I got back to work and was telling my friend the combined weight loss at our table she ran over to her adding machine and calls out, "Hey you guys have lost 2,240 sticks of butter. Now that is alot of butter we are no longer carrying around on our hips, thighs, butts, and stomachs. Isn't that great? Can you imagine going to the store and carrying around that much butter? Whew!! Thought that was kind of neat so I shared it.
Have a great day everyone.

141 pounds gone (or 564 sticks of butter)
It is kind of gross when you think about it, isn't it? When we got to talking about that yesterday, I pictured those commercials about you are what you eat with the people flagging a cab down with doughnuts hanging down from their arms or the Danishes for butt cheeks. I pictured sticks of butter everywhere LOL.

PS Congratulations on your number of butter sticks lost (Hee, Hee, Hee)
Okay, I am obviously dumb... but mine keeps coming out to one 165 sticks of butter! Not fair.
My favorite is that a gallon of water weighs 8.5 pounds. I have lost almost 8 gallons of water. Thats heavy when you think about carrying it around.
My daughter weighs 60 pounds... I could not imagine carrying her big ole butt around!!

39 til goal...Yippeeee
Congratulations! You go Queen B. It is coming off quick. Saying how much in sticks of butter makes it seem like a whole lot more, doesn't it? It was kind of neat to compare the loss to something.
Have a great weekend! I won't be on here much this weekend since I will be in Wiggins dancing the night away tomorrow night in my $3.00 Dirt Cheap evening gown. I am proud of that little steal there because it looks like it came right off the racks of McCrae's. I love Hudson's. I will have to tell you guys all about the ball Sunday night when I get home because my mom has no computer at her Wiggins home.
Hugs 2 U!
