A new protein source

I tried and reallly like this cereal KASHI GO LEAN. It's kinda weird looking ---twigs, puffs, chips--- but tastes good. kinda like sugar smacks on low sugar. Nutritional facts: one cup -- 140 calories (10 fat calories) protein----- 13gs sugars------ 6gs fiber-------- 10g Ways I eat one cup a day---- but not everyday 1/4 cup with Carb countdown (just enough to moisten) 2 times a day 1/4 cup and 1or 2 spoons of carb reduced fat free splenda yogurt 1/4 cup dry as a mini meal I also enjoy soy nuts as a mini meal ---watch for sugar and fat grams in different brands

Sounds good but I refuse to add milk and cereal together again. I dumped really bad on cereal once. Maybe just to munch on would be an idea. Thanks for the suggestion!
