Scale moved! FINALLY!

Christine, I am so proud of you. I haven't lost anything in the past 2 weeks. I weigh again tomorrow and we will see if it is going to be 3 weeks. I have been riding my exercise bike daily. And I was blessed with a treadmill a few days ago. Yesterday I did 3 miles on the treadmill. And when a person weighs 341 it is rough on the knees and back when they have had this problem for about 15 yrs. But, I am making progress. It's alot better than sitting on my boo-tay. Thanks Jo.. It has been frustrating. I hate it... Look at you on that treadmill and bicycle.... thats fantastic. I remember how bad my butt hurt the first 2 times I rode but now it does not bother me at all... I wish I had a treadmill... I had been sulking cause I have nobody to work out with at the YMCA so I havent been going. I pay for the membership every month and never go. Its sad... I decided today that I am going to start going for 30 minutes after work since I dont have to pick my daughter up until 6 and she is already at the Y in their afterschool program. So.... makes sense. I am gonna do it. ALONE if I must! I wish I had the strength to weigh only so often. I weight everyday -- sometimes 2 or 3 times. Its an obsession. YOU keep up the good work!
