You should be SOOO proud of yourself, you have done so well since your surgery. I only pray that I do as well as you have! You have almost reached your goal... it won't be much longer and you will be there! Keep up the good work. How long after surgery before you were able to start exercising (other than walking)? Do you have a lot of excess skin or has exercising helped out with that? I can't imagine riding a bike 14.4 miles, my butt hurts after 2 miles and I have LOTS of cushion back there. Rhonda

I didnt really do a lot of exercising right after surgery. Doc wants you to wait about 8 weeks for stomach stuff but walking and bike riding was ok. My surgery was Oct 7 and I started riding bikes in early November. Dont think I have missed a weekend since. But its the only time I get too because its dark when I get home at night. Cant wait until Spring or whenever it is that time changes. I do have excess skin. I still have a belly. I imagine it will be around for awhile. I still have alot of weight to lose. Hopefully it wont take forever. I believe I am going to have to have a tummy tuck. My legs arent real flabby but they are to an extent. They are kinda tight but not as well as they could be. You will do great when you have your surgery! I have sent in a new full body photo to obesity help for my profile. I will let you know when its on there.

Maybe after we have all had our surgeries we can have a NOT FAT NO MORE bike ride on the trail. Everyone would have to come here though! haha... that would be fun. We could make a day of it. Stop whenever we want... The trail is like 43 miles long.

TERRIFIC!! I KNEW IT WOULD HAPPEN. I HAVE BEEN ON A STANDSTILL FOR A WHILE TOO!!! REMEMBER ANYTHING OFF OR STANDING ON A LOWER NUMBER IS BETTER THAN CLIMBING INTO BIGGER CLOTHES!!!
