Okay ladies I am so proud of the ones who posted yesterday. Sorry I didn't post, I worked late. But I am on it this morning. Now my star student is Jo Walker for all around ,she did wonderful on her protein intake as well as water. 57 on protein and 60+ on water so here's a for you. Now the rest of my babies ,they did very good also so I am going to do one for you each. Chris I know it was hard trying to get tha****er in but 20 oz. was good and by the end of the week we will have it in the 50's. Keep chipping at it. Andrea your protein beats everybody you go girl. I need you to get in more water so you want dehydrate. Arlies our Queen more of jus****er but we know you are new and you are still training your pouch to behave. Your protein puts you in second place. Can we say . Now let's take these numbers and do like we did in school. Let's get competitive we want at least 60 in water and 60 in protein by the end of the week. Except for Arlies because, I don't know how much your doctor has you on yet so don't pu**** I might have to throw a for you girls by the end of the week. Speaking of ladies where are my men and why aren't you posting.

thanks for the kudos to everyone.. I think we all did pretty good, not everyone can do it all right every day,and I realized I did get lots of carbs but they're all GOOD carbs.. mainly from the beans in chili, the tomatoes, the whole grain in the cereal. Anyways, I just wanted to know how much more water you want me to have? Liquids < sugar free > are considered just like water would be. I'm sorry , I just cant deal with plain water, I use crystal light peach tea in 20 oz of water, had 4 of those, plus the milk in the shake and the carb countdown shake.. at almost 100 oz I already run to the potty all day long
DONT MAKE ME DRINK ANY MORE, MOMMY PLEASE
Anyways, I am proud of everyone who got the LOW CARB target.. I do terrible, I like my carbs. I'm a veggie eater, love them beans

First Adrea let me say you look stunning, Two kudos for your picture, not that you weren't beautiful before. Now thats what I'm talking about a rematch, doing better today. When I say H2o I mean H2o nothing added. I know you all can do it. Adding other things to it is how we get those unwanted calories and carbs. The more we liquify the more fat we flush and the pounds go away. Chris, I am changing your plan to 60 ozs by the end of the week since I know you can do it. Thank for telling me you had 40 ozs of water. Saying you can't do it is a , it is no longer an option. Now lets let cracking.

Hey psssssssst... you all will win the rematch, cuz I ain't drinking plain water, I already told my surgeon, my nurses, nutritionists and everyone else that knows me, I flat out refuse!!
Crystal light has absolutely no sugar, or calories, and it's working for me, I've yet to see someone who can tell me "exactly WHY" I cant have my crystal light

This is certainly not meant as a critique on anyone, so please don't take offense at this post. Just my open confession on the water subject
So far over the last six years, I have given up smoking, caffeine, sugar, fat and lots of carbs ( I am a carb craver, I could have easily survived on pasta, taters and breads ) and I've even given up the yummy stuff that says " sugar free" but really isnt, because it still has a ton of sugar alcohol and makes feel queezy when I eat it ( those sugar free gummi bears? omg.. forget THEM! )
Guys, believe me, I tried HARD to drink water. I drank it ice cold, I tried it with Lemon.. and I forced it and the more I forced it the more I got turned off, knowing that I HAVE to drink at least my 64 oz a day, I was quickly understanding, I can not go on hating water, so I asked my doc and they said as long as I substitute with sugar free alternatives, I'll be fine. Normally I make a pitcher of Peppermint tea every two days, and that gallon sometimes doesnt last me that long. I use sweetnlow, and I love it. The Wal Mart single crystal lite generics have been just "lazyness" alternatives since I work so much and the 20 oz bottles are so easy to grab from the coke machine at work
Y'all can have your water... I'm sticking to my crystal lite

Well, I will tell you I am thinking about staging a revolt!!! Nothing added to the water???? How can I make it without my Crystal lite Sunrise???????? Help me!!! Help me!!!!
Well, it's too late for today, I have had 32 ounces of Crystal lite sunrise already and am on my 2nd 32 ounces (My sippy cup is 32 ounces). BUT I promise tomorrow, I will fill it FIRST with plain water and get at least 2 sippy cups down before I move to the Crystal lite....I promise....maybe....
