I bought these great snacks at Sams club.They are called Philly Swirl Like a popcycle.A cross between a italian ice and sobert on a stick.They are great.Don't taste sugerfree.They are on a trial period a sams. Here is the complete nutritional. Man,you are doing great yourself. You should be really proud. And way to go on all that exercise. It really feels great to exercise when you are not carrying as much weight around. My knees used to hurt me so bad before I lost the weight. I used to like to run in high school. I can run again and it feels great. So keep up the good work, and you'll be at goal in no time. Yeah!! I found them at the Super Wal-Mart in Laurel. However, the two kinds there were NOT SUGAR FREE. ONE HAS 10 GS AND THE OTHER 20GS OF SUGAR. But I just stuck to my SF popscilces. You have terrific weight loss. Keep up the good work.
