I think I got more in today than I have in a long time. Breakfast: cottage cheese Snack: Beef jerky Lunch: Chicken Salad (wasnt that good) Snack: Beef Jerky Supper: 2 bites of tuna... and 2 slices of tomato. The tuna just wasnt what I wanted. My daughter had a happy meal so I ate a few of her french fries. MY CARBS ARE UNDER 20! Go me Go me Go me Go me!! I will have a protein drink later and that will add 180 to my calories =669 and the protein will be 73... I think I did good.

Protein: 57 B: 1/2 cup cream of chicken soup powered up with 1/4 cup canned chicken S: 1 cup non-fat milk with Protein Powder L: 2 1/2 chicken vienna sausages S: sugar-free jello S: 1/4 cup red beans & rice run thru the blender 78 ounces of fluid.... Well, all I can say is at least I am now keeping my carbs less than my protein!! That's gotta count for something.... Smooch Arlies

1/2 c. Special K (low carb) w/ 1 c. Carb Countdown Milk 22g, 10g,11g 1/2 (little less) Lean Chicken Fijita Hot Pocket 10g,19g,7g 1 bite of (homecooked) cheeseburger pattie (don't know how much pro) 1/2 c. Special K (low carb) w/ 1 c. Carb Countdown Milk 22g, 10g, 11g 54 protein, 39 carbs, 29 fat Water is 60 oz, Milk 16 oz and still drinking water. 76 oz of liquids (my dr requires 64) so I am doing good. Oops forgot the calories a total 590 total.

I skipped the Beef Jerky today ( I am addicted!! I ran out of beef jerky two days ago at work and REFUSED to run to wal-mart just to buy beef jerky.. what kind of an obsessed carnivore would do that? )

5:30 Protein bar/coffee 7:00 Wheat toast 11:00 3/4 of tuna salad containing 6oz tuna/2 diced eggs/1tbsp mayo 12:00 Protein shake with Halzelnut syrup 2:00 Rest of tuna salad 5:00 2 chicken thighs in Jalepeno mustard sauce 8:00 3 stuffed eggs containing mayo/dill relish/mustard Protein total 105 NOT including chicken thighs...I did good! 80-100 oz water...I did good again!
