Okay dont think I'm not on it this morning because I am. I see a lot of people lurking on my message but not many said they would join in on this train this morning. I hope you join in anyway I know it will change your life. All aboard! Have your ticket ready, this train is cranking up.
We are eliminating carbs from our diets for seven days to put ourselves in ketosis and burn fat now isn't that our goal this week ladies. One goal at a time little by little.
Protein shakes, any meat, eggs, cheese, and beef/turkey/chicken jerky are allowed on the train. DO NOT exceed 20g of carbs PER DAY. Read labels and count everything. Go to fitday.com if you are unsure.
No breads, vegetables, fruit, pasta, rice, sweets allowed. I know this will be hard but if you fall don't give up just pick up where you left off.
Early morning - Isopure or whey protein shakes
After morning run - Isopure or whey protein shakes or smoothes
Snack - Grilled chicken breast or tuna
Lunch - Grilled turkey burger with 2% cheese
After evening workout - Isopure or whey protein shakes
Dinner - Baked Fish
Now let's get cracking. Ya!! Go for the burn.

As we speak, I have already drank 20 ounces of water. Had half of a cup of cottage cheese and am good to go. I am gonna do my very best today to get in all the protein and water that I can.
We should post late tonight on our progress! 20 carbs a day?? This is gonna kill me! But I am gonna do it!

20 Carbs aday!!!! Holy Cow, Batman!!!!! I am already over that!! I think I am at 22 already - so that means NONE for supper!!! And I really need to get them ole carbs in line! ACK!!!! What has no carbs?????? That can be blenderized?????????????
