10:00 Half of another protein bar (Carb Solutions)
11:00 Two crackers during nursery duty with the 2 year olds (Can I count that as a workout????)
1:00 2 eggs/2 wheat toast/SF Jelly/1 sausage patty
4:00 Coffee
6:00 1 small chocolate chip pancake (the kids fav Sunday Supper)
Before bed: Not sure, something full of protein maybe LOL. I'll update in the morning.
Water was terrible today. Sundays are just a whole other animal around our house! Getting 4 kids to church is NOT a day of rest! I'll do better tomorrow.

Dessert - sf cheesecake with sf cherry topping
I had 2 sugar free life savers today while out shopping.
I took all of my supplements and got a good bit of liquids in.
