okay remember the one's who can eat meats, you can have all the meats you want. Any meats some more sources of protein is eggs and cheese. Now for my new post-ops like Arlies Protein shakes, smoothes, boost, slim fast etc., etc.,etc. Remember H2o, H2o,H2o. Christine at the end of this week we will break that platue.
