Okay a is a , get ready tomorrow because all post ops have to report H2o and Protein intake for Monday. Now everybody get to see all the bad things you've been eating . I find if you have to report you will do right. No lieing now, be true to thine self.

You can count me in since I make sure I get all my H2o in and at least 60g of protein and I do my bike riding each day and got me a treadmill today! ~Jo~

okay remember the one's who can eat meats, you can have all the meats you want. Any meats some more sources of protein is eggs and cheese. Now for my new post-ops like Arlies Protein shakes, smoothes, boost, slim fast etc., etc.,etc. Remember H2o, H2o,H2o. Christine at the end of this week we will break that platue. Also this is to go on all this week not just one day. Report Monday to see how you are starting out and Friday to see how you progressed. All aboard Choo! Choo!.
