Hey Becky, I haven't had the surgery so I don't know what your going through. I do know that even now, I can have just got done eatting and within a few hours think that I'm hungry again. And I know that I'm not. Its just in my head. If I could deal with that, I'd probably lose weight without the surgery. Too bad we don't have a built in "get sick" when we over eat now. But you hang in there and these cravings will pass I'm sure. Tammy

Becky, Its so normal. Dont get worked up over it. I had and still have extreme head hunger issues. I dealt with it by chewing my food up and spitting it out. I am not telling you to do this. I know this is not right but it is how I got thru it. Because it is a mind thing - by doing that I tricked my mind into thinking I had eaten it. I did that alot in the beginning and now my cravings arent near as bad. And I do not crave anymore the things I had chewed and spit out. But sometimes I do still do it. It is something I have talked to my doctor about and I am really looking forward to the next meeting with Dr. Carsons to talk about Head Hunger. If its any help--it really does get better...I promise!
