Where did all my fitdayers go?? A lil wont hurt, huh---nah --besides my parrots eat most of it. Holding out at -63 (UGH)

Ain't that grand???? Cannot abide chocolate, yep, you heard it here!!! Do NOT like the Matrix proteins - they were samples from Susan Maria. Best food in the world is cream of chicken soup put thru the blender!!! Smooch Arlies
