Hey Girl, I just ate some crab salad and crackers for lunch thats the first time I've tried it. It was pretty good. My weight loss has picked up some. According to my scales I've now lost 44 pounds. I am histatic about it. My first mini goal was 46# because that will get me to 300#'s. It will be the first time I've been under that in 3 years. So I'm pretty happy. I think fitday has helped me alot because now I pay alot more attention to what I eat. I think my food list is alot smaller then some others. If I abide by my doc I don't have alot to choose from and I hate to stray away from what he says. Well I have a little but only a little. I don't drink anything bu****er because I can't get it in. I'm bummed about the birth control thing too. My doc don't want me to take bc pills until 6 months and rain coats get really old really quick. Don't trying to be too personal but if you don't mind let me know what your options turn out to be. Becky

I am glad your weight has picked back up at losing. Fitday truly has helped. Sometimes I have to guestimate but I think its really close. The crab salad sounds good!! I like to take crab meat, tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions, and marinate them in italian dressing. It is soooo good! Its good cause it makes it easy to eat the crab meat. And I like the green onions and cucumbers. I think I am going to tell my OB that either its the 5 year IUD or spermicide or something. I dont like this nuva ring and I never remembered to take my pills. I will let you know.
