You will lose weight up to 18 months out or more, depending on how you follow the diet. If you have stopped losing for a while, eat more protein and start walking to get rolling again. You also have to look at what you are eating too. Sometimes although you will not lose weight, you will lose inches. I call this body "rearrainging" the body is moving the fat around to places it needs, not a problem, you will notice a "drop" then of maybe 5 pounds or so at one time. Your body is trying to hold on to all it can, and you are putting up a fight to get rid of the fat. Just walk, walk, walk, and drink and drink all you can. Eat a lot of protein, eggs, meat, beans, peanuts. or Drink extra shakes if you can.... The weight loss will move downward!!!!!!!
