Hi Honey... This board is killing me. I dont know how I did that earlier. Guess what I just did---swallowed gum! EEEKKK.... I tried to throw it up--and drank lots of water. I called my doc and they think everything is ok--he is on call this weekend if I get to feeling funky. I cannot believe I did that. How are you doing today?

Getting out in the rain yesterday didn't help. But, I had to go to that class. For the nutrionist. She was a sweety, but we didn't learn anything that I didn't already know. Oh well !!!
