Total Calories 920 Fat 60 Carb 54 Protein 41 Did not get my protein in. Fat and Carbs are high. Breakfast: Toast and Shake Snack: Toast Lunch: 2 Oz Grilled Chicken 1/2 potato guts, 1/2 dinner roll Snack: None Dinner ---Ordered house salad and side of hashbrown casserole at Cracker Barrell for dinner. Ate the hashbrown casserole and 2 tomatoes and little bacon bits off of salad. Was very full... How did yall do? I am getting so excited for you Carolyn...
