Dinner ---Ordered house salad and side of hashbrown casserole at Cracker Barrell for dinner. Ate the hashbrown casserole and 2 tomatoes and little bacon bits off of salad. Was very full...

Take note I started using whole wheat tortilla's horay for me. I'm trying to get that protein in. I just can't manage to get it up to 70 but I am trying. I also excerised 2 times.
