THE BAD THING IS I WAS STILL HUNGRY AFTER I ATE ALL THAT. GOT TO GO BACK TO THE LIQUID DIET AND START OVER. THIS BEING AT HOME IS KILLING ME!!!
Miss Kitsy, I went back and looked at your profile. Wow, you are a mircle. I am so glad the halo is gone for you. You must be skinny at 165! I look at you and know I can do this. Thanks for encouraging someone like me, who is still waiting. You just had one of those days and I know we all will have those. We didn't eat right before surgery, so it would be normal to backslide. But, aren't you glad that you have the tool to start over today? When you say you are going back to the liquid diet, how long will you do this? Will you just eat the things you had the first two weeks after surgery? I am asking because I know I will backslide and I want to be ready. Thanks so much for letting me know how to succeed. Smiles, Jan
Hey Jan... Still stuck at -63. I dont know whats going on but I have missed a period (not pregnant - did a test)... I think the Nuva Ring that I am on is messing up my cycles and contributing to holding on to the weight. If I havent lost anything in the next week I am taking it out and calling the doctor. I wish my hubby would just go get fixed. Its only $40.00 with my insurance! Ugh... Men... He is scared it will hurt.. But it would make my life so much easier...
43 to my goal
28 to my docs goal!
Christine, your weight loss is wonderful. Maybe you should talk to you ob-gyn to see what he thinks about another birth control. I wish someone could talk to you husband. My ex-husband had the surgery in our early thirties. It was wonderful. Tell him the freedom to have sex and not worry about getting you pregant, is worth a million dollars. You keep up the good work. Smiles, Jan
