Here are my totals for today.... I am trying. I also wanted to clear up when I said I only drink water it is because it is all I can do to get that in. I love crystal light but I save all my liquid room for water. I am sucking at this... Back to my routine tomorrow! Dont feel like putting it on fitday right now but I will put what I ate here... Breakfast: Coffee Shake Snack: None Lunch: CALL ME BECKY --Wendys Sour Cream potato --no skin just half the insides Snack: Nothing Dinner: SHOOT ME--ITS BECKYS FAULT-- Wendys Sour Cream Potato -- No skin but 3/4 of the inside and 1/2 a spicy chicken breast (pulled off the batter) I am about to have another shake..... Yall dont give up on me!

I'm very proud of you for reporting.... We're all going to have days when we don't do as well as others.... That is what we are here for, support, not to beat each other up... So, tomorrow is another day and you can start over and get back on track... Blessings, Carolyn

Thanks Carolyn... Those potatoes are so good. I just wasnt in the mood for chili. It was too warm for that yesterday. I also didnt drink ANY water. I drank that shake and a unsweet tea for lunch (guess thats water, huh) --- and diet coke with dinner. Yes, I sip with my meals. Its a no no but I cant stand to not have anything to drink. I only sip though and only get about an ounce or so. It was a New Years Resolution to stop drinking while eating.. I have failed so far. Gonna start again today. Gonna try anyway. Can you please expain to the "dumb" preop what the numbers with the slashes mean? I know they are weights, but at what times in the journey? I'd appreciate it..... Blessings, Carolyn
