I don't do structured aerobics. Walking is great. Any motion is better than my old habit of tv, tons of food and liters of diet coke.
Try cleaning your house to music. Get a copy of children's music and move the directions. Borrow from preschool teachers and make a copy. Borrow from the library. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR NEW CLOTHES. bUT DON'T BUY TOO MANY ---- YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY. yOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT AND THEY WON'T FIT!!!! smile!smile!smile!
