I'm sooooooo happy and i'm I went and weighed today. I will be 4 months post op the 20th and I am down 103 lbs. Still aways to go, but I am getting there. It feels so good to have reached my 2nd goal. First goal was to be out of the 400's since I started out at 444. Second goal was to lose my first 100 lbs. Man I cant imagine carrying a 100lb sack of something everywhere I go. Whew, don't ever wanna go back there again. Oh, I was in water aerobics after my surgery. Got sick, was in & out of the hosp my 2nd month. Membership ran out and don't have the finances at this time to join again. Soooooooo.. I am sick & tired of sitting on my rump and not doing anything. I have ZERO energy. I decided last nite that today was a new day. I am going to get in all my protein, all my water and WALK. I started out today with 1/2 of a mile. Gotta start somewhere. ~Jo~ 444/414/341/210? -103

Jo, you've lost 100 pounds since surgery or from your highest?? If its 100 pounds since surgery then girl you are kicking butt and taking names. Keep up the good work. Bikes are cheap at Wal-Mart... And they are fun-plus you work lots and lots of muscles. Christine 275/266/203/160 -63 from surgery -72 from highest 43 to MY goal (160) 28 to DOCS goal (175)

Thank You Jan Yes, walking is free. I have arthritis in both knees and back. But I was determined to do something until I can get back into water aerobics.. or until TAMS opens her pool Jo

Hey Jo, That is so GREAT !!! You are doing a good job. I'm sooooo proud of you. Now stop eatting the Cheetoo's & all the other junk foods. Hubby Randall tells on you BIG TIME at the support group meetings !!! Now try and put that stuff down !!! I know that you can do it. And yes it is going to be hard. But I have a lot of faith in you. If anyone can do it, it is you. I believe in you !!! Tammy
