Arlies, Thanks so much for recommending fitday.com it is helping me a bunch. I really wasn't keeping up with that stuff like I should have and now it is so easy to keep up with. I'm even doing it for my hubby. He needs to loose a few pounds nothing like I do but it is making him realize how much he does eat in a days time. Anyway we love it and its all because of the queen herself. Thanks Becky
