Back with another question...

Im on depo (birth control shot), has anyone heard that it may hinder weight loss? Just curious since some ppl gain weight with it, i didnt tho. Wondering if i need to nix the shot....

Hi Becky. My doctor would not allow birth control for the first year due to causing blood clots. I don't know about the shots. I had to break down and start taking them because of a problem I was having but my doctor wasn't happy that I didn't wait the full year before starting them. You should ask about that. I don't know about the weight gain thing. Kitsy
