I HOPE YALL COME. Havent seen yall in awhile!! I drink the Low Carb SLim Fast--They are 180 calories and 20g of Protein. I usually only get one in a day. I wish I could handle 2. Also, I get the EA something (its coffee flavored)--they are good. Its like 110 calories and 15g of protein. I always drink them up before my slim fast so I am usually out of them fast. I get them all from Walmart. You get like 4 for 6.00..Kinda pricey I think but good. I tried some powder but it clumped up really bad and I havent wanted to waste my money on a different brand. If u come to the meeting let me know--You can have it if you want it. You may have better luck with it than me.

I really like the Fit Day.com Web site (Arlies you are a genius) and I would be willing to list what I am eating). I am preop so I eat more than you do! I think it would be great to continue to do this after I have surgery because I am not married and this would be a good way to have some accountability. I have been keeping a written food journal so I can't fool myself, but the support is really helpful. Blessings, Carolyn in Texas

I agree with you Carolyn. I need to know exactly what I am putting in my mouth on a daily basis. Once I sleep at night the past day is a blur so my memory is no good. I hope this works.

I couldnt tell by yours what columns were carbs and fat. Doesnt look llike you had ALOT. I used to eat more than that. Man, would I kill for that taco! I love egg yolk! I am bad bad bad... haha.. Lets start this tonight!

I am with you guys. So here is what i ate yesterday. breakfast: 1 egg sausage burrito (from mcdonalds and not really burrito size more like fahita size small) Snack : a few pretzel pieces honey mustard flavored Lunch: 1/2 of a tuna salad salad from Lennys. Really really good!! no dressing. snack: part of the other half of my tuna salad salad that I had left supper: half of one of those cheese quesadilas you can buy in the grocery store and make. you slice into 4 small pieces and i only had 2 pieces. had that with some fat free sour cream and salsa. snack: 1 piece of russell stover sugar free candy. actually I just had half of it since two pieces come in one pack. I dont know any of the protein content but as you can prob see I prob did not get all my protein in. Boy that protein is hard to get it all in. lol lol I will post tomorrow what I had today after I eat supper. lol lol You guys have a good one! Love ya Denise

Christine, You look so good!! Your loss is outstanding!! You are so close to your goal!! I haven't been on in a while. Went to KY for the holidays. Wanted so badly to play in the 19 inches of snow but with my halo, decided against it. My loss has slowed down a lot since I am almost immobile. I have lost 20 more pounds since the wreck for a total of 88 all together. People in KY that haven't seen me in a while were actually calling me pencil legs and skinny. Felt really strange as I have never been compared to a pencil in my life!! LOL Again, you look incredible!! Can't wait to get my halo off so I can update my pic. That one is soooooooo old. Hey Kitsy... I think your pic is beautiful. I cant wait to see the new one though! Any idea when you are gonna get to get it off?? I hope soon. I know it must be driving you crazy. I wish I was somewhere where it is snowing. I would be happy with 3 inches. I would be thrilled beyond belief for 19 inches. 88 pounds?? Thats great. I know you dont think that is alot but it is!! Thats ALOT! You didnt have a whole lot to lose anyway. So you are down to 165 now? That is fantastic! I am glad you all had fun in Kentucky. Next time take me with you!
