I think Arlies is on to something with FITDAY.COM... I tried it today for the first time. It was a new years resolutioin to keep a food journal so I am going to use Fitday (now that I know how to do it)---I go back to my doctor on Thursday for my 3 month checkup --I am going to request an appt with my nutritionist and have him look at my food journal. I am also going to see about meeting with him once a month. Today my carbs are kinda high--its because I had red beans and rice for Breakfast and lunch. It was leftovers and sooo good.
Today I ate:
B: .5 cup of red beans and rice (if that much)
S: Low Carb Slim Fast protein drink
L: .5 cup of red beans and rice
S: Nothing
S: 1 hot dog weenie
Total Calories: 540
Fat: 25 225 46%
Sat: 7 59 12%
Poly: 2 22 4%
Mono: 9 78 16%
Carbs: 45 143 29%
Fiber: 10 0 0%
Protein: 31 126 25%
As you can see I did not get my protein in and my carbs are HIGH... I do not normally have that many carbs. I slipped. If I get to wanting something later I will have another shake and that will bump me up to 51 grams of protein.
Anyway, was wondering if you all would like to start having an evening "WHAT DID YOU EAT TODAY" like they have on the main board. If possible we could all do fitday and put in our results.
I have been craving pineapple lately and bought one to other day--I pretty much sucked the juice and spit the other out. I know that juice is full of carbs but it was good and it satisfied me...
Yall wanna do this? Let me know... If not, I will do it quietly to myself.
