My poor, poor Bear, I challenged everybody to eat healthier and track what they eat on fitday.com. I double-dog dared. I also double-dog dared every pre-op to go on the "no flour, no sugar" diet at least 10 days prior to surgery! Can you do it? I betcha can! Smooch Arlies

1190 56 132 42 are my numbers on the bottom of page i forgot what they all mean but i thought 1190 calories for one day was pretty good for a fat boy lol

HOWDY!! We are back from Georgia, I did not have time to check the site while I was gone. So, I will have to start my count today. So far I am doing well, but am starving to death!! How was your New Years? Mine was great, we stayed up late with my mom, sisters and their husbands playing dominoes. Its was a lot of fun! Did everyone eat their cabbage, black eyed peas and rice for New Years?? I had my fair share, I hope it brings me lots of money, luck and good health for the year of 2005.
