Mississippi Roll Call? How is everyone?

Hi DX, Thanks for asking about all of us. My ankle has healed to the point that I have graduated out of my chair, and away from walkers and crutches and braces to a cane and hiking boots. They are UGLY, but really give me much needed support in my ankles and I can put up with ugly! My surgery is scheduled for February 15, to give my ankle three full months to heal, and I am anxious! Happy New Year Dx, thanks for checking up on all the "peeps". Sorry mine is so late but my daughter has been in the hospital since Monday with the VIRUS. She has type 1 diabetes, so it hit her very hard. We are hopeing she goes home tomorrow. Any way, her husband had to work so mama had to stay with her. It is good to hear from everybody. My journey is still waiting for heart clearance. I see the cardiologist on Jan. 11. Maybe things will really start moving after that. It is so wonderful to have a family like this. Hey, I am down about 20+lbs since my surgery. I am doing great, just recently I got to add grilled fish. I feel good, the weight loss is slow right now. I have had 1 fill and I will see Dr. Byars on Jan. 11 for another visit and fill. I hope this one will be the key. I don't post alot but I read posts to check on everyone daily. I will start back to college Jan. 12, only 19 more hours and I will graduate in May. I will hopefully have accomplished 2 of my goals...weight loss and to be a college graduate.
