Hi Dx, well where should I begin. As you all know I got caught up with that Dr. Blake stuff but that's not where I am stopping. Right now I am trying to go under Christine Clayton's doctor, William Whitehead here in Hattiesburg which is where I live and is a god send. I talked with Janet his nurse before Xmas and she told me she has my psy. eval. just waiting on my nutritional counseling from Jackson and it looks like they have a death grip on it and don't want to let it go. She said they throught she was sending them a patient who needed counseling and she told them no, I need results shown where someone got counseling from them. So about the first of the year I am going to ask if I can just pay to redo it so I want have to keep waiting. She said after she gets that she will give me an appt. and then we can send in info. packet to my new insurance and get approval. You see what they don't know is that I've became good at playing the waiting game. They think they are going to break me down, Oh!! honey. We've all been there and patience has became a virture to us. Take care and that's what I'll be focusing on for the new year.

Hi Dex...I'm still in the beginning stages but truckin right along....i've had my blood gas and pulmonary tests already...go for sleep apnea study on Feb. 1st if not before,,,,see a dr. to schedule an upper GI on that date also.....i'm gonna call the psycho dr. next week and get that set up....also still have to see the nutritionist in Jackson.....i'm getting more scared by the day but i know this is what i have to do......glad to know that you've done great.....this message board is wonderful......

Hey Dx, I don't have a date yet but , I do have clearance from the obesity clinic for surgery I now have to wait and see what the crazy doc says who knows how that'll go it has been over a month so if I don't hear from the crazy doc soon well I guess I will just have "stalk" (wink-wink) him lol, Also I was seeing Dr.Salameh way before the Dr.Blake debauckle (sp) but ,as I have said before I would gladly trade my place in line for one of Dr.Blake's patients who needed to get a date first,as long as I get a date in hand I will be happy ...It's All Good..........Sherry.......

Hiya Dx!!!!!! How ya doing with that tight tummy?? I bet you are one proud soul! As far as me? And keeping food down?? I am proud to say that I am much better.. I don't puke up my food everyday.. It's still a learning experience of what MS GROUCH THE POUCH wants. But, she is trying her darnest to teach me. Maybe I am not listening good enough to her. I am down a total of -91 lbs and yes I am very proud... My son-in-law hugged me Christmas Eve and was shocked.. He blurted out.. "Hey.. I can get my arms all the way around you" Then later he asked if he could hug me again.. LoL.. I was told that when he was at his Mom's the next day, he was bragging about me and telling them that he was shocked when he hugged me and he could touch his hands together. He made me feel really good. I guess I kinda got the big head!! But that's ok.. isnt it?? hehehe ~Jo~ 444/414/353/-91
