More delays for me

Well, My doctor called me late yesterday to tell me I still have to see the cardiologist before I can be released for surgery. The stress test still wasn't good. I really need your prayers because this has really set me back mentally. I really want to have this surgery but it doesn't look like it is going to happen for me. I need knee surgery and back surgery but I wanted to have the gastric by-pass first to see if I could wait a few years on my other surgeries. My birthday was this past Wed and I turned 58. I really feel like my time is running out. I even tried to contact my psyco doctor this week and he can't see me. I just need lots of prayers now because my prayer is broken right now. Thanks for letting me cry with my friends. I just know God hears the prayers of righteous people and I just need His comfort at this time. Smiles, Jan

Dearest Jan, God has your back and so do we. It will all work out for the very best! I wish I could speed things up for you or make your stress test be wonderful, but since I am a mere mortal (sigh....), I will ask that God step in and hold you up with His comfort and get things a-rollin' fer ya!! We don't what any probs going into the surgery so we need to get the stress test and other stuff better so that you will come thru the bariatric surgery with flying colors!!! Hang in there! Hey Jan, Hang in There. Do Not give up.... It is going to work out for you. You are in my daily prayers already, but I'll say an extra one just for you. Jan hun I know what ya mean, I have also had a set back. My phsyco Dr. said that I need more phsycotherapy before I can have surgery. I dont know how I am gonna be able to afford it, but I guess we gotta do what we gotta do. You will definately be in my prayers just keep me in your prayers also. God will see us thru. Jan , please try not to get to discouraged I know that's easier said than done but ,please keep your chin up ,like Arlies said earlier there are reasons that only God is aware of as to why some of us have had to wait longer than others .I'm praying that God will speed up your process and make your stress test good as well....Love Ya ,Hugs (((((Jan))))......Sherry..

Jan, I am so sorry to hear of all you are going thru. I wish I could take some of that away from you. It will work out. I know how mentally draining this can be on someone. Dont give up--you will prevail.

Jan -- My heart goes out to you. Get your ortho surgeon to write you a letter of need. I needed knee surg. but dr. said it would be unsucessful with the weight I was carrying. I asked what he thought about WLS and he was all for it. Thats how I got the wheels started. My process took 13 months for a surgery date. BUT IT DID HAPPEN.
