gallbladder or ulcer?

Well, I had the dehydration earlier this week, started to feel better after getting lots of fluids in but I still had cramping in the upper abdomen which would get better when I ate something or drank some milk. Has steadily gotten worse so I called my surgeon, gave them all the details and they said they need to see me Monday because I may be having gall bladder problems or an ulcer. Either way it goes they need to figure out why I am having pain and fix it. So think of me Monday as I go to the doctor and wish me luck. I'll let you guys know what happens. Melissa Taylor

Girl, you are just going thru the ringer right now. I do not know what either feel like but it doesnt sound fun. I will be thinking about you Monday--do you have to go to your doctor out of state? I hope it is nothing major. I hope they can figure it out quickly and fix it fast and painlessly... Keep us updated.

Yes, I have to go to my doctor in Alabama. It really sucks that this is happening right now. My father is having surgery on Monday at Wesley Medical, and I really need to be there, but he tells me I am going to Alabama and get myself seen about. He is having a few inches of intestines removed due to some polyps that came back with some precancerous cells. Pretty major. He will be in the hosptial for about 6 days.
