UPDATE ON DONNA TERRELL!!

Hey Gang, Patty, Donna's daughter, just called me. Things are looking UP!! They have taken Donna off a bunch of the sedation meds and she nods and opens her eyes. She also is responding well to commands (such as "open your mouth"). Her breathing is good, but her fever still spikes everyday.They did a CAT scan today on her sinuses, chest and stomach area and just cannot find anything. The docs say if everything goes perfectly from here on out Donna will be in ICU for about 4 more weeks. So keep on praying!! Patty also sends smooches and thanks to all for the prayers and thoughts of her Mom. Smoochers Arlies

Hi Arlies!! I will keep her and her family in my prayers....Hope everything goes ok....Was all this complications from her WLS surgery?

She had a bowel tear a couple of days after surgery while still in the hospital. I assume it was a complication from surgery. (Not Arlies, but think I told you right)LOL

I hate to hear this.....I sure am glad she is doing better....I'm proud of her for losing that much weight already too......
