Hello Girls and Guys! Sorry I couldnt make it last night. We spent a few days "back home" with the inlaws and had a good time, till hubby's car started acting up, we had to turn it in over there to get the timing belt/chain ( whatever it has, who knows? hehe) changed, and get a rental car to get us home, since hubby's got duty today. Anyways, Thanksgiving was great. I found out I can eat EVERYTHING ( unfortunately LOL ) but I was a good girl and just had one spoon full of each food off hubby's plate and I've been indulging on turkey for the last two days. My five year old ate three times what I was able to fit in. It's really nice to see the tool working well ! I tell you guys, I'm so relieved to see that I don't have the eating issues some folks have, with dumping on certain foods, but I DID notice, there is a certain "fullness" feeling now and I am NOT able to have just one more spoon full without feeling horribly full.
