a protein bar i found

hey folks just wanted to let yall know of this protein bar i found at winn dixie last night i got for my wife(joann)omg....it tastes really good and its the best we have tryed its called zone perfect(chocolate caramel cluster)i believe it was 1.39cents a piece they are good and have 16grams of protein. randall

Try Carb-Well protein bars. Five for $2.67 at Wal-Mart. They have one dollar coupon inside. Eat only half per meal. I love the peanut butter bars. Try Total protein cereal too. Super-- with Carb Countdown dairy beverage. Watch your portions. The dairy beverage has lots of protein.

I have just tried a slim-fast low carb diet bar. The name of it was "caramel nut" snack. It was one of the best bars that I have tried. The small bar (1oz) is $.88 and the larger bars (1.76oz) are $1.27. It was really good! Wal-Mart has alot of bars to choose from. It has only 1g of sugar and unfortunately only 2g of protein. So it would be more of a endulgence than neccessity.

I wish I could think of the name of the one I tried and absolutely crave!! They have it at Walmart in the food section with all the other protein bar stuff. It is called something like Lean Body bar. The banana split flavor is so good. They also make a Texas Pecan Pie and Cookies and Cream that are gross. Banana split is the only one I like. Love all the Slim Fast ones too. Kitsy
