Dr. Salahme is now MY surgen!!

I have done a lot of praying and soul searching and tonight at the UMC support group meeting Dr. Salahme told me with his own mouth that he will be my surgen, after I told him and Kristy (Dr. B's nurse) that I wanted to be switched not because of the time issue its because of personal issues! He also told me that he is trying to work in those of us who have completed our testing and are waiting on a date...its slow going because with him only they only get 2 MAYBE 3 WLS surgeries a week done. But that he is trying to work those of Dr. B's in, and to just bear with him. OH YEAH!! BTW I GOT A HUG FROM HIM TOO!!! WOO HOO!!! He also told me that he already had all my paperwork that I needed not to do anything that he would get me and the others a date as soon as he can. Finally a responce besides I DONT KNOW!!! Well at the meeting we got to make some pretty paper flowers out of tissue paper and wire!! they were to give to our supporter or supporters in thanks for there love and dedication, they were soo pretty!! (well mine was till austin got ahold of it!)lol well just thought I would share!! God Bless, Angie Bea PS - Amelia Vaughn was there and she looks FABILIOUS, GREAT, and WONDERFUL. PSS - I think me, Arlies and Amelia were the only ones there from here....what happened to everyone with there pickett signs...i could have used the backup!!!!

Hey Angie, I'm sorry I didn't make it. I so wanted to be there. And on top of it, I missed the arts and crafts.. I am having "stomach" issues' right now. If you know what I mean.... I am soooooooo glad that you are getting to go with Dr Salameh. He is a HOTTIE..... And actually at work. Which is a BIG PLUS. And to be honest, I'd gladly give up my day in surgery spot for you or Arlies. Don't get me wrong, I want this surgery and will get it. But as long as you two have been playing around with Dr. Blake I'll gladly wait in line anyday. Maybe now you will get a date. And get everything going.... YAHOO FOR YOU !!!

Hello Angie Bea, I am so happy for you! It won't be long now for you. I have my hopes a little higher now that I talked with my pcp and ask her to refere me to Dr. Salameh. She told me yesterday that she would be glad to do this for me. I see her on Thursday and hope to have some news. I can't think of a better person to have your flower than your main man Austin. You know he is your biggest supporter. I can't wait to hear you have a date! Keep us posted. Was Arlies at the meeting? Did she talk to him too? I hope she gets to use him too.
