Hey Moo Moo girl.... I have been good---gained 2 pounds. Started my period yesterday--I hope thats why!!! Other than that all is real good. I did ride 10 miles Sunday on my bike. We had fun. I wish I could do it everyday but since its dark when I leave work --its just no can do. Get you a bike and come ride down to Hburg and go biking with me!! Haha...
How are you doing? I hope you are doing good. How is the weight loss coming? I bet you are down a ton of pounds. Thats really good. DOnt be a stranger. Come post---we get so lonely.

I have been trying to boost my metabolism too. I hit a plateau a few weeks ago and hadn't lost any weight for two weeks. So I've been walking 3 miles a day for the last week. It's been dark when I got off this week, so I went last night and joined a Women's Only gym called Heavenly Bodies. It's a lot like Curves for Women! I really liked it. It incorporates some weight training with the aerobic exercise. They had to weigh me (I wasn't going to weigh until I went back to see Dr. S on the 30th), but it was good news....I have lost 6 more lbs in a week. Bye Bye Plateau! That puts me at 44 lbs in 2 months.
Don't you worry at all about a 2 lb gain....in all likelyhood, it's because you've been biking and built up some leg muscle...which will burn the heck out of some stored fat!!!
