One more post from me!

I went to Doctor today. I am down 28 pounds in 29 days and 11 inches are gone from around my tummy!! I had a great visit with my doc as always and he says I am doing very well. If anyone is looking for a great doc - call mine. HE CARES! Its not a rush in and out kind of visit. Its very personable. YIPPEEE FOR ME!!

YIPPEEEE, WOW,FANTASTIC, WONDERFUL, Christine you are doing GREAT!!!!!!!!! Any faster wouldn't be very healthy. I am so proud of you. I am very interested in your doctor. Please let me know how to contact him. Sorry Arlies, I just don't think Dr. Salamah will be able to get to me. I am having another heart stress test Nov. 16th at UMC. Something went wrong with my test. They have to wait for the nuclear meds to get out of my body, so they can shoot me with some more. I don't know when I will get cleared for by-pass surgery.
