Hey Guys

Just got my Vita-Mist products in the mail today. I got the High Potency B-12 Spray, the Berry Flavored Dietary Supplement and the Multi-Vitamin Spray. Has anybody else started using these?? I've been using the mulit-vitamin spray for the past week and I can really tell that I have more energy throughout the day. Just don't take this stuff at night before you go to bed cause it ain't gonna happen!

Hey Jimmy, yeah, keep us posted.. I'm so sick of sucking two vitamins a day, at least I found some that I can stand. Them Flintstones are nastyyyyyyy! I really need vitamins, I follow my regimen to a T on protein and chewables, and I know it helps a lot, I can tell when I forget them. Just sick and tired of the chalky stuff

Hey Jimmy, I DO NOT LIKE the mint flavor or the chocolate!!! I liked the berry, tho. I liked the mint at the meeting the other night, but it has been riding around in my purse and now it smells and tastes ALOT like vitamins!!! Talk to you tonight. Smoochers, Arlies
