Arby's Serves Up the Protein!

Just wanted to let all you post-ops that Arby's has added Market Fresh Wraps to their menu and they are LOADED WITH PROTEIN! Also, they are fairly small (about 8' long). They are a little pricy but well worth it. Wow! Thanks for the info Afro Man, lol...Jimmy!!! It really is useful to me! I have been having a HARD time getting my protein in. I might not can hanle the tortilla either, but i can eat what's inside it!! I did find an awesome protein bar today that tastes just like a candy bar! It's called ONE WAY (peanut butter and chocolate w/ nuts)...they also have one called DETOUR, and UTURN...the whole bunch of them are good and they have 15 g of protein. Also good is one by Carb Advantage...it looks like a rice crispie with chocolate on the bottom..it has 20 g of protein! Kristi

Hey Kristi OHHHH Yeah. I eat the OneWay bars everyday for breakfast (along with some blueberry yogurt)...they taste just like a SNICKERS. My sister works at a local health club and she turned me on to them. I haven't tried the U-TURN. The also have one called Joy Ride that supposedly tastes like an Almond Joy....Yummm!
