DISABILITY HEARING OUTCOME!!!!!
I really felt the prayers today!! You guys did a great job!!! I got home late - you know the obligatory stop at Wal-mart!!!
Well, the Judge said he only had a couple of questions...And that would be all he needed. My lawyer requested a 30 day delay for my psycho records to come in and the Judge said they would not be needed! He said that in January of 2002, Dr T, my PCP, said that I was somewhat ambulatory...What did that mean? I explained that I walked holding on to things, but it has gotten so much worse that I can hardly bare to stand and then I got Christine...He said okay, that's all I need to know! My lawyer, on the way out, said, "looks like you are ON disability!" Also in my original submit, part of the problem was that it said I applied in Feb of 2001 but continued to wor****il Jan. 2002. I said, "no, sir, I did not apply until I was rather rudely requested to leave my job...and I left my job in Jan 2002, and applied in Feb. 2002." He was happy with that!
So it looks GREAT!!!!!

I did not know you had been asked to leave your job... ohhhhh, I would be very angry!
I'm glad it went as well as it did. How long will it take to know something? Soon I hope--maybe you will get some back pay. That would be nice!

Your news sounds wonderful Mrs. Arlies!! I am soo happy for you and the good Lord knows YOU DESERVE IT!! You have always been such a huge support on this board to EVERYBODY and you DESERVE THIS AND SO MUCH MORE!!! Your wings are waiting on you in heaven lady....that is, in about 100 years when you get there, LOL. I'm keeping you in my prayers that you will get a surgery date soon!!
