Sorry I missed y'all

Sorry that I wasn't able to come to the meeting after all. I got a really bad headache right before my husband came to get me and I didn't feel up to making the trip. I was disappointed but will try to make it to another one. I have a personal taxi driver now, Kristi! She has agreed to come all the way from Meridian to Vicksburg to pick me up. Little does she know that I will hold her to that!! Went to the orthopedic doctor and have the go ahead to start putting a little weight on my leg now. Said I will be walking in 6 weeks. I never thought walking would sound so good. Starting outpatient PT in the morning so I will at least be out of the house and working out! Hope you all had a wonderful time at the meeting and I hope to meet some of you soon. Arlies, let me know when you hear something about your surgery. I am anxiously waiting to hear that you have a date!! Have you considered Dr. King in Oxford? He is absolutely wonderful. My friend got approved and he did her surgery the next week. Aw Kitsy, we watched the door the whole night looking for our angel in her real halo...We were all sorely disappointed you couldn't make it. I am glad it was nothing worse (is that an oxymoron???) than a headache. We had a good time..The salesman from Vitamist was great...he was a ham, a flirt, and generally good fun! But we missed you... I have spoken with EVERYBODY in the state (almost) and it's a matter of insurance...UMC takes mine...and it's them or Keesler...and I haven't braved up to Keesler yet...I may tho! Smoochers, Arlies
