Need a Psych Eval near Meridian???

Hey ya'll! I am posting some really good information for all of you that are in or around the Meridian area OR who are just looking for a good person to do your Psych Eval. I origianally went to see Dr. Frazier in Jackson for my Psych Eval ($300). He recommended that I see somebody and I saw Dr. James Gilbert, Ph.D, in Meridian, MS. He is wonderful! Mrs Arlies can also vouch for this. Several people on here have already seen him. He charges $100 for the Psych Eval. The cool thing is that he, too, wants to have this surgery done, so he is the best person to see! He's been there, and done that, lol. Here is a biographical background on him: James L. Gilbert is a resident of Meridian, MS. He is the coordinator of Behavorial Medicine at Rush Health Systems where he has worked closely with the Pain Treatment Center for the last 8 years. He received his PhD at Capella University and has shown special interest in Bariatric Surgery and completes pre-surgical evaluations independent of his daily practice through his home practice, New Beginnings Behavioral Health. Hey Kristi, I also went and seen him. He is a very wonderful person. Just as sweet and nice as anyone you would ever want to meet. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. I'm just glad that he wasn't "commited" after seeing me !!!
