lap band

I am pre op RNY, but my friend had lap band in Oxford with Dr King and she loves it. She did not want the food issues and her insurance would pay for it. She has lost 30 pounds in 3 months. She looks great and feels great. Hope you get a response from a post op Lap bander!!!!!

Hey Sara, Just wanted to welcome you to the MS board. I don't know anything much about the lap band. I am pre-op and someday when I get a surgery date I will have RNY...You might try posting on the main board because more people will see your post, and I think there is a lap band forum, but I am not sure....
