DENIED AGAIN!

Man I can't win for loosing can I. They said that same thing this time as before, NOT MEDICALLY NESSICARY! THEY ONLY KNOW HOW TO TAKE MY MONEY EACH PAYDAY THOUGH, THAT REALLY SUCKS, I AM SO MAD I CAN'T THINK STRAIGHT YET. HAVEN'T GOTTEN IT IN WRITTING SO I DON'T KNOW IF I CAN APPEAL AGAIN OR NOT, HOPE TO GET THE LETTER IN THE MAIL THIS WEEK.

Connie my heart just sank. I am so sorry. Remember you still have vocational rehab!!!!!!!!!! Maybe you can appeal again. Just do not give up!!!!! We know that this is worth fighting for, and we will be here for you. I can not even imagine what you are going thru. Again, DO NOT GIVE UP

Connie its a predetermination. Its not final. You can start over and start trying again and do it over and over and over. It doesnt have to be 3 times your out. Eventually they will get tired of it and see that you mean business. I dont understand why they say it is not medically nes. Thats what bugged me about mine. My docs said it was. Do you have any comorbidies? Don't get yourself down. I know you are like me and wrapped up in it. It really will consume you. Pick yourself up, brush off and start over....at the same time start getting in voc rehab. Thats what I did and then ins approved. Voc Rehab was not hard AT ALL. Very simple to me. I actually did use it for my 10%. They worked it out like they were gonna cover the whole thing. It was very easy. I know how you feel -- its awful. Please just keep trying. Christine

I know just what you are feeling. I have BC/BS and have been given the same horrific CRAP. I tried the Insurance Comm.---but because my employer is self insured they can not get involved. They suggested the Dept. of Labor. Voch. Rehab has not been able to help--co-morrbid's force me to go out of state to have surgery. I think I am STUCK!
