I wonder what that carb countdown tastes like. I have been doing the fat free milk and it has 8g per cup but it tastes like water. I got to start soft foods yesterday...THANK YOU GOD! I can have eggs now (7grams)...also tuna, canned chicken and sardines (22g), mac n cheese. Get you some propel water. You will want it post op. Its been a lot easier to drink than regular water. Kinda like watered koolaid but better. I drank 33 ounces of it yesterday which is more than I could get in with reg water.

Hey Gang! I have & still do drink the Carb Countdown Milk...I have tried the whole, 2% and Chocolate. I started with the whole, went to the 2%, and it is good. I tried the choc. but it is way to thick and too much choc for me. But, I will never go back to regular milk...Carb Countdown is so much more nutritious!!

My nurses are pushing for me to have a lot of protein to heal my bones. They suggested that I make double milk. Whole milk (but you could use fat free too) and two scoops of powdered milk. Say it has loads of protein in it. I hate Carb Countdown milk!! My daughter loves the chocolate but it is worse to me than the white.
