UPDATE ON MELYNDA HAN****!

I just talked to Melynda a couple of minutes ago. I had been trying ALL day to get her and her phone in her room was busy. Well, it turns out that the ac and the tv in her room are out and they have been working on it and knocked the phone off the hook. I gave up and called the nurses desk and asked if any family was around. They checked the room and put the phone back on the hook. Melynda said she had a rough night with no ac but things are better now. Surgery went very well and she should be going home on Tuesday! (What is it with UMC and the ac after surgery????) Right now, Melynda is VERY impatiently awaiting something to drink! She is parched and the no ac isn't helping! Smoochies to all! Arlies

I am so glad her surgery went well. I know from going to school there 2 years that it is usually so full expecially on the week ends I am sure they could not even move her b/c they did not have another room. Poor thing. I hope she gets some water soon.

Bless her heart. I bet she is thirsty. Lucky for her though that it is cool outside and not 100 degrees. Can they open their windows at UMC? I am glad she is doing well. I cant wait til she gets back. Christine
