anyone have success with state insurance commissioner?

has anyone filed a complaint with the state insurance commissioner concerning the health carriers neglect and not approving the WLS. I am getting very frustrated with dealing with my carrier. Looking for a resolution to the problem. Appreciate any advice.

I know how you feel. I have blue cross blue sheild of MS and they won't pay for it even though I have had 3 doctors to send letters stating that I need this surgury to live Joyce

I have BCBS of MS and had to go through Vocational Rehab. Have you tried that?

I am going through Voc rehab now but I don't think its right that I pay for ins that will not pay for what I need. Joyce

I have bc/bs of Ms ppo so i can identify with ya there girl they won't cover anything to do with it much less weight loss programs .......
