The women's does have a bit of a multi-vitamin taste but it's not bad at all. The b12-500 has a really good mint taste, so I just spray that right after my women's health. They do have really good snack sprays too that are sooooooo yummy to help with cravings.They have like 4 flavors. The vitamist works great, is very convenient, tastes good, and is definitely reasonably priced. Apparently they are going to be coming out with a calcium, iron, and protein supplement as well (all in one). Hey Donna, I posted to the Main Board at one point and all my replys were that they tasted nasty. I decided to just hold off until the support meeting and see if I could handle them before buying any. The only thing I have been told so far to use through UMC is to use Flintstones Complete.

I cant wait for the calcium, iron, and protein supplement as well (all in one). That will be wonderful. I am not going with Flinstones. I want a better suppliment than that. I am unsure of what my surgeon tells us to use, but if he says flinstones I will just smile and go on. I want the best suppliments. Flinstones may be in the ok list, but I would rather have the best that I feel I can get. I have also studied about protein, I know in the beginning I will not be able to, but I want my intake at around 100mg per day. Unless I find a source that goes against all the studies I have read I am of course gonna start out with what ever I can get in. I see that isopure choc shakes 12 oz has I belive 50 protein. I am gonna purchase one this week end and see how I can tolerate it. You never know, I may not be able to even tolerate it pre op, much less post op. I am going to try my best to keep as much muscle and hair as I can. I can not wait to meet with the nutritionist and see what my Dr recommends. Of course I want to be in agreement with his plan. I feel sure that he will not disagree with my choices since from what I have read is about the best one can do, but you never know. I will just have to wait and see.

According to vita mist own site it is impossible to have a calcium spray that would deliver 100 percent of the calcium that is needed.
