well, I completed my pul. what ever they call it. I still don't know why they do that test. Any way can you fail it? One more step completed. On to the loser side.

Hey Barbara, I wondered about that myself, more so probably since I am a smoker, however they never really explained the results to me and continued sending me on appointments. Sometimes I think they create these preop tests just so other Doctor's can make money off of us. One step closer. You are well on your way!!!

I get mine Wed morning, and she said it would last from 1 to 2 hours. She said if my lungs could stand it and i did not have to sit and catch my breath that i could do it in an hour. I hope I can pass it without passing out. LOL
