I have a lot off hot air!!

well, I completed my pul. what ever they call it. I still don't know why they do that test. Any way can you fail it? One more step completed. On to the loser side.

Hey Barbara, I wondered about that myself, more so probably since I am a smoker, however they never really explained the results to me and continued sending me on appointments. Sometimes I think they create these preop tests just so other Doctor's can make money off of us. One step closer. You are well on your way!!!

Beats me! But glad it is behind you! Maybe it has something to do with how you will react to being put to sleep?? Or at least, how well your lungs and heart are working, But it's behind you! That's the best! Smooch, Arlies

I get mine Wed morning, and she said it would last from 1 to 2 hours. She said if my lungs could stand it and i did not have to sit and catch my breath that i could do it in an hour. I hope I can pass it without passing out. LOL
