Arlies, Hi! I am alive and well. As of the 21st (Dr Appt) I had lost 59.6 lbs. My protein was just barely above normal and since Tuesday I have bumped it up significantly. I am never online anymore. At least not for very long anyway! I have not logged onto Yahoo in forever. I will e-mail you with my aol address. Nice to know I am missed! Love Ya! Angie
