So true. If you dont go along with the general population of this board, they like to do the "witch hunt" and bash you.

If all you wanted was prayers, that would have been all you asked for with little to no information about "a certain doctor". Don't try and belittle what others are saying. All they are doing is stating the FACTS as they know them. Isn't that what you claim to be doing? I guess it is ok if it is your way of thinking. If someone thinks or feels anything different from you, then they are automatically a bad person, who is doing nothing but trying to hurt you. THAT IS A SHAME. You have been on this board what? All under a week. If that long. And every post you have put up is nothing more than a bashing of a "certain doctor". So truthfully, I'm not so sure that you do want prayers for your wife or are you just here to bash "a certain doctor". So don't blame any one of us for questioning some things that you are saying and doing. What is going to be funny is, if and when that "certain doctor" gets all of this info and sues you for slander. Because he hasn't been found guilty of anything. So you just keep on bashing away. You are really pretty good at it.

That poor man's wife is laying in the hospital and he is not knowing whether she will live or not. That is the worst thing I have ever seen anyone say to another person. Of course he wants his wife to be prayed for and to recover.

Glenn, so sorry to hear of your wifes complications. I don't know her surgeon or the details surrounding what went wrong, but have heard a couple of other very negative results with him being the surgeon. Not necessarily his fault, but I've been "warned" by other family memebers. A lady told me the other day that her sister was still in the hospital after almost 6 or 9 months after having wls. People pre-op please listen & do your research. You should be receiving the best of care in surgery as well as after. I'm a nurse & yes medical workers have to learn somewhere, but when it comes to major surgery, they did not get the chance to learn on me. Quite often patients get better care from these newbies, because they are trying to be meticulous in the eyes of the instructors, but the possibility of errors due to lack of experience is far greater. I'll keep you & your family in my prayers & hope that this all works out the best way possible for you very soon. Please email me if there is anything I can ever help with.
