I've got my first apointment
Susan from Dr. Salameh's office called, I got my first appointment
I go on Sept. 28 at 9:00.
I'll have to watch a 30min. movie.
PLEASE Pray that I don't go to sleep durring the movie
I have been known to do that from time to time.
Then I should see the doctor at 9:30
I am sooo Thankful that this is finally starting to happen for me. Even though it is a small step, it is a VERY BIG step. One step towards a new healthy, exciting, and going places life.
I am so tired of hidding at home where it is safe and no one can judge me by my size. Getting funny to dirty looks. I'm ready to get out there and reclaim what is mine.
As most of you may know, I haven't always been over weight. I remember what it was like to ride horses, wear nice looking and fitting clothes, wear a bikini (and look good in it). And all the other fun things in life that I took for granted.
Once this weight is gone. Never again will my being over weight take my enjoyment of life from me. I'm going to live life to the fullest and then some.
I've got alot of catching up with the fun things to do with my daughter!!!
She has waited long enough!!!

After your first step the rest will go pretty fast, really fast as compared to waiting on that first appointment.
The film is basic knowledge that if you read the main board regularly you will already know.
I filled out all my paperwork during the video and that put me ahead of all the rest that were in the room watching the video, so I got to see the dr first.
God bless and I pray you move quickly to an uneventful surgery and a fast recovery.
